SmileBites

Pop-up food carts for events worth remembering

SmileBites brings pop-up food carts to private and corporate events — ramen, charcuterie and mini desserts, prepared and served on site. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build a menu and quote around your event.

What we do

What we cater

Pop-up carts built around your event — served fresh on site, by our team, from setup to cleanup.

  • A kraft bowl of saucy ramen topped with Takis dust, furikake, nori, sweetcorn and a creamy mayo drizzle, with a bag of chips at the side

    Ramen Cart

Saucy ramen built to order and loaded at the toppings bar. Takis dust, furikake, nori, sweetcorn and a creamy mayo drizzle, finished with a bag of chips of your choosing for crunch.

  • A charcuterie board with cured meats, cheeses, grapes and crackers

Boards are arranged on site. Scaled from a single board for a small gathering up to a full table as the centerpiece of a larger event.

  • A tray of mini tarts topped with cream and chopped pistachio

    Mini Desserts

Individually portioned sweets for events where guests are standing and mingling — no plates, no cutlery, no queue at a dessert table.

Where we turn up

Events we cater

We bring the cart to you — at home, at a venue, or at your office.

  • Private Events

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings and house parties — one cart or several, sized to your guest count.

  • Corporate & Pop-Ups

Office events, client evenings, product launches and retail pop-ups, served continuously across a set window rather than a single sitting.

Why work with us

How we operate

How we work, and why people book us again.

  • Made On Site

Food is prepared and served at your event rather than delivered in trays and left to sit. Guests are served fresh, in front of them.

  • It Is an Experience

A cart is something guests gather around and talk about. It gives the event a focal point that a buffet table does not.

  • Built Around Your Event

Menu, portions and timing are set to your guest count and your schedule — not pulled from a fixed package.

  • We Handle the Whole Thing

Setup, service and cleanup are ours. You get to be at your own event instead of running the food.

What guests tell us

Heard at the cart

Comments heard over the years from our guests.

  • At a corporate lunch, one guest went back for a second bowl and said it beat the catering they usually get by a mile.

  • At a 40th birthday party, a guest spent ten minutes at the toppings bar deciding, then told us building it yourself was half the fun.

  • At a wedding reception, someone said it was the first late-night food at a wedding they had actually wanted to eat.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often. There are more on our contact page.

  • What kinds of events do you cater?

Private parties, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, launches and pop-ups. If your event is not on that list it is still worth asking — we quote custom events regularly.

  • Can you do something that is not on your menu?

Yes. The carts listed on our Services page are what we run most often, not the limit of what we do. Send us the details of your event and we will put together a custom quote.

  • How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, as dates fill up — particularly weekends and holidays. If your event is soon, contact us anyway and we will tell you straight away whether the date is open.

  • How much does it cost?

It depends on the guest count, the menu and the length of service, so we quote each event individually. Send us your details and we will come back with a written quote.
