About us

Who we are

SmileBites runs pop-up food carts at private and corporate events. This page covers who we are, how we work, and the standards we hold ourselves to.

What we do

Events we cater

The kinds of event we bring a cart to.

Events we cater

  • Private Events

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings and house parties — one cart or several, sized to your guest count.

  • Corporate & Pop-Ups

Office events, client evenings, product launches and retail pop-ups, served continuously across a set window rather than a single sitting.

Our mission

To make the food the part of the event people remember.

We bring the cart to you and cook on site, because food served the moment it is made is simply better than food that has been sitting in a tray. It is more work, and it is the whole point.

Every menu is built around the event in front of us — the guest count, the schedule, the dietary requirements — rather than pulled off a fixed package list.

Meet the chefs

The people behind the cart

Who cooks the food, and why they started.

  • The founder

    Founder & Chef

Some people cook because they have to. Our founder cooks because they cannot imagine doing anything else — self-taught, endlessly curious, and set on becoming a great chef. What began as cooking for family became a cart, a menu, and a business built on one belief: food tastes better when it is made in front of you.

The cart is where that ambition meets real guests. Every event is a room full of people to cook for and learn from, and the food gets better because of it.

Every recipe on the cart has been cooked, tasted and rewritten more times than anyone would guess. That is the part guests do not see, and it is the reason the food is worth remembering.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to

Four commitments that decide how we cook, how we quote, and how we behave at your event.

  • Freshness First

Food is made close to the moment it is served. It is the reason we run carts rather than drop off trays, and it is the thing we will not compromise on.

  • Straight Answers

Clear written quotes and honest timelines. If a date or a request is not something we can do well, we will say so rather than take the booking.

  • Careful With Allergies

Dietary requirements are handled seriously. Tell us what your guests need and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot guarantee.

  • Easy to Work With

You should be able to enjoy your own event. We arrive on time, work around your schedule, and leave our area clean.

Our operation

How we work

We handle the event end to end — prep, setup, service and cleanup — which is what keeps the quality consistent from the first guest to the last.
